CREATOR OWNED HYBRID NOVELS
Brim Graphic is only accepting creator-owned hybrid novels at this time. Hybrid Novel creators pay a small platform fee from subscriptions. They are responsible for most marketing and promotional efforts. As well as, forming its own writer/artist team. We will only promote your story on brimgraphic.com and official Brim Graphic socials.
BRIM GRAPHIC FOR HYBRID NOVEL CREATORS
Creators create a creator account, in order to upload their projects. Payouts through PayPal are performed monthly. The payment and platform fee are discussed in your contract.
HYBRID NOVEL?
A hybrid novel is a book format, that combines text and single comic panels to tell a story. It’s the best of both traditional novels and graphic novels. The purpose of the hybrid novel is to create a better relationship between author and artist, by eliminating the stress and cost that comes with making fully paneled page manga.

GENRES WE ACCEPT
Brim Graphic wishes to focus on Action-Adventures (A mix of Shonen and American genre fiction) and Magical Romances– stories inspired by Magical Girl, Shoujo, Slice-of-Life, and Romance K-dramas. Action-Adventure hybrid novels are for on-going works, that will be between 3-8 books. Magical Romance hybrid novels will be only one book.
UPLOAD FORMAT
Stories will be uploaded as chapters (Action-Adventures) or sets (Magical Romance) A chapter will consist of 15-45 pages, while a set consists of three episodes with 10-20 pages.

OUTLINE ESSENTIALS
Start with your full name, age (must be 18 years or older to publish with us.) State your location and the setting of your story. The outline will detail each chapter or set within your first potential book. One chapter or set must be completely written and edited. Completed panel art is a plus.
SELECTED HYBRID NOVELS
Hybrid novels passing Brim Graphic’s quality test, must submit their cover, project member names, main social account, and story blurb.
CREATOR OWNED MANGA
Our manga section is split into two categories. Those categories are one-shots and series.
BRIM GRAPHIC BRANDED STORIES
Branded works become complete e-books, print copies, and graphic audiobooks. They receive a full marketing and promotional budget, as well as merchandise. Brim Graphic branded books will be distributed on other platforms in all three formats.
